Pupil Premium Strategy 

The pupil premium grant is funding to improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged pupils in state-funded schools in England. In the financial year 2025-26, pupil premium spending will total over £3 billion.

We want to support all schools to use the wealth of evidence of ‘what works’, evaluated by the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF), to use this funding effectively.

Sports Premium 

The premium must be used to fund additional and sustainable improvements to the provision of PE and sport, for the benefit of primary-aged pupils, in the 2025 to 2026 academic year, to encourage the development of healthy, active lifestyles.

The government have confirmed that they will provide £320 million funding for the primary PE and sport premium in the academic year 2025 to 2026 for all eligible schools to make additional and sustainable improvements to PE, school sport and physical activity.
